Les Taylor, the founder of the practice, was previously a senior lecturer in Accounting and lectured in Post Graduate Tax and Business Finance. He is the author of a book "Starting and Managing a Small Business in Australia" and a number of other publications.

Taylors Accountants & Advisors have eight professional accounting staff, a separate business management/computer division and financial planning staff comprising of an additional three members.
